Christmas trees, a cosy atmosphere
and local hobby crafts market
In December we sell Christmas trees from our farmyard and offer the option of felling your own tree from our plantation. Over 2 weekends in December we host a Christmas market in the old farmyard stables where local hobby craftspeople sell their Christmas wares. There is always hot coffee in the pot and a cosy chat to be had in the warm indoors. Check the local newspaper and this website for our opening hours.
Fell your own Christmas tree in our plantation
It is possible to select and cut down your own Christmas tree at Rolle's Mill Farm. Remember to bring your own saw. Contact us in advance if you would like to have a day out and want to use one of our rooms to enjoy your home-packed food. Staff outings, neighbors, large families or groups of friends are of course very welcome.
Give a Christmas tree gift certificate
We issue beautiful gift certificates for Christmas trees. This certificate can be for a "cut your own" Christmas tree but it can also be for Christmas tree delivery to a specific address. Contact us and we will find the right solution.
Help with Christmas tree stands and transport
We offer to drill Christmas tree at the bottom, making it easier to attach a tree stand. We also offer to bind the fir tree in net so that it can be more easily transported. We use the EasyFix system which is an easy method of affixing the Christmas tree to a stand: A tapered hole is drilled in the trunk into which a wooden stopper with a tapered pin is mounted. That way the tree always remains upright and stable.
